A room worth coming back to

Professor Ted treats his students like family and truly strives to pass along his knowledge. You are always greeted with a smile, and every training session leaves you exhausted. Great place to start if you or your kids are looking to get into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

John Johnson

What started as a trial class for my son has turned into a family of five all training here. Our kids have become more confident and we are all in much better shape. We have been here since 2017 and wouldn't dream of leaving.
